Customer Service Award Winner

cs-badgeEvery year The Sedona Chamber of Commerce asks its partners and the public to nominate a Chamber partner business for their outstanding customer service to local residents as well as visitors.

Nomination must include general description, specifics and instances of HOW the member you are nominating meets or exceeds expectations in providing customer service. Please share as many examples, stories and details about what the nominee does that they should be recognized for.

Deadline for nominations:  All nominations are due by September 1, 2017 at 5:00 p.m., delivered to the Chamber Administrative Office at 45 Sunset or sent via email to Teri Ruiz, Director of Partner Services at truiz@sedonachamber.com  Nominees will be submitted to a vote by Chamber partners. The winner of that ballot will be presented with the 2017 Customer Service Excellence Award at our Annual Partner Meeting.


Last year, the Sedona Library was honored by fellow Sedona Chamber partners when it was named the winner of the Excellence in Customer Service Award for 2016. They were presented with the Customer Service Excellence Award at our Annual Partner Meeting.
